Initial Discussion: We’ll start with a conversation about your symptoms, medical history, and recovery goals.

Comprehensive Examination: I’ll assess how your joints, muscles, and nerves are working. This may include tests such as checking your blood pressure or listening to your heart. I’ll explain each step as we go. Loose clothing is recommended. 

Diagnosis & Treatment Plan: Based on the exam, I’ll give you a diagnosis and discuss treatment options. We’ll choose the plan that fits your goals and lifestyle, along with a timeline for progress.

First Treatment: Your first session will combine chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue massage, and advice for pain management. 

Treatment Progress: In the beginning, treatments are scheduled closely together to retrain your body. By your third visit, you should see improvement. If not, we’ll reassess and adjust your plan or refer you to another healthcare professional.

An initial consultation usually takes between 45-60 minutes, depending on what you are coming in with and the testing that will be undertaken. This is then followed by your first treatment. 

Regular follow-up Chiropractic treatments are 30 minutes unless an extended treatment is required, which would be 45 minutes. Your practitioner will discuss this with you if it is deemed necessary. 

There is a car park next to the building as well as some dedicated spaces out the front of the gym.

If you need to cancel a session, you must do so 24 hours beforehand or you will be charged for your session.
